Mark Levin Says We Have Less Freedom In This Country Than Before The Revolutionary War

by admin

(PresidentialWire.com)- On his Fox Sunday show “Life, Liberty & Levin,” host Mark Levin said that currently in the United States, Americans have less liberty than we did before the Revolutionary War.

Watch HERE.

Levin focuses his ire on our elected leaders and the lack of true representation in Congress.

Without a single thought to whether or not their constituents want a massive 2,700+ page “bipartisan infrastructure” bill, nineteen Republican Senators voted for it anyway.

When Senator Mitt Romney promoted the bill, he said it was a win for Republicans, a win for Democrats, a win for the Senate, and a win for President Biden.

When Senators are more focused on scoring a bipartisan “win” than they are doing what is best for the American people, we no longer have representative government.

Does Romney believe spending $1.2 trillion in order to secure $450 billion in infrastructure spending while piling on more unsustainable debt is his idea of a “win” for America?

Or does he think nineteen Republican Senators deciding to put “bipartisanship” and “working together” ahead of respecting the consent of the governed is a “win” for America? How is that a “win” for the American people and the generations we’ve just furthered crippled with unsustainable debt?

But We the People no longer have a say. Self-government – the very bedrock of our Constitutional Republic – has been jettisoned in favor of a cabal of Senators working behind closed doors to spend our money without giving us a second thought.

Levin is right.

Couple that with federal, state and local governments forcing on the people onerous restrictions and mandates under the pretense of “public health,” and we have no Liberty.

On Sunday’s Face the Nation, Dr. Anthony Fauci said that Americans must put aside “concerns about liberties and personal liberties” in order to fight “a common enemy.” As if Liberty is optional – something Americans can be told to “set aside” by an unelected, unaccountable bureaucrat not one citizen voted for.

What’s truly remarkable is how many Americans will happily do just that.
