(ThePatriotWire)- California Highway Patrol published photographs and videos Tuesday afternoon from the May 28 automobile crash caused by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) husband, Paul Pelosi, who was inebriated.

Napa County Superior Court Judge Joseph Solga sentenced Paul Pelosi to five days in jail and three years of probation on Tuesday. He will get credit for the two days he’s already served and two extra days for purported good behavior.

Paul Pelosi will do eight hours of community service instead of serving his final day in jail.

Paul Pelosi must pay hundreds of dollars in fines, take a three-month drunk driver program, and install a breathalyzer device in his car that will only start once he blows into it and confirms he has not been drinking.

Video shows Paul Pelosi straining to conduct field sobriety tests while balancing against a police cruiser.

Images of the accident acquired by TMZ show that the damage is more significant than initially reported, as Paul Pelosi’s Porsche went through a fence in addition to hitting the Jeep.

Pelosi, 82, was arrested on May 28 after a drunk-driving collision in which he crashed into a Jeep after dining at a restaurant. Pelosi tried to leverage a police courtesy card when state Highway Patrol officers arrived, then blew a blood-alcohol level of .082% after failing a field sobriety test.

Pelosi was traveling back to her St. Helena vineyard house when he crashed on State Route 29. The driver of the 2014 Jeep, Jesus Lopez, 48, was hurt in the incident and complained of pain in his upper right arm, right shoulder, and neck the next day. Lopez says he began getting significant headaches after the crash.

Both automobiles were totaled.

Highway Patrol officers reported Pelosi’s eyes were “red and watery,” and he was inebriated.

“He appeared wobbly on his feet, his speech was slurred, and he had a distinct odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath,” the lawsuit adds.

The next day, Pelosi was booked at the Napa County Jail and released at 4:30 a.m. His wife was in Rhode Island at the time.

Napa County District Attorney Allison Haley charged Pelosi on June 23 with DUI causing injury and driving with a .08% blood alcohol level or greater causing injury.

In 1957, Pelosi, then a 16-year-old high school student, was in a car crash that killed his brother David. A neck brace the 19-year-old wore was blamed for strangling him in the wreckage, and manslaughter charges were dismissed against Pelosi.
