(ThePatriotWire)- George Soros suddenly skipped out on the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland this year, according to The Gateway Pundit. Taking to Twitter, Soros wrote that because of an “unavoidable scheduling conflict,” he will be unable to attend. He said that he will instead be attending the Munich Security Conference.
Last year, Soros attended the WEF meeting and reportedly said that Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has “shaken Europe to its core” and could lead to the next World War.” He claimed that civilization may not survive, citing other factors such as climate change, nuclear war, and pandemics.
The World Economic Forum is composed of many individuals, including heads of state, government officials, and business leaders, according to American Pigeon. The organization reportedly promotes cooperation between economies around the world, but it has a history of issuing gloomy predictions.
The newest prediction includes “a catastrophic cyber-event… which would bring a complete halt to the power supply, transportation, hospital services, our society as a whole,” according to American Pigeon.
Elon Musk also sounded the alarm over the forum, claiming that it is becoming an “unelected world government.”
In two articles published in 2020, the WEF argued how people can be conditioned to learn to eat bugs, as well as drink sewage water to reduce carbon emissions.
The WEF argues that wealthy societies have become too picky about what they eat, but in other cultures eating insects is perfectly normal. “Disgust,” according to the WEF, is an “impediment to many of us adopting more sustainable lifestyles,” which includes eating “alternative sources of protein.”
While disgust, which “tends to be conservative,” may be hard to shift, we can reportedly condition ourselves to change what is considered normal over time. This “conservative” diet is indicative of societies with historically high disease rates, the WEF reported in their attempt to persuade readers that eating insects is a healthier alternative.
