Tucker Carlson Video 1 Week Later Changes Meaning

by admin

A week before Fox News fired Tucker Carlson, their most successful cable news presenter had a huge laugh at Twitter employees’ expense. He was laughing at the employees who were let go by CEO Elon Musk.

The joke made by Carlson during his talk with Musk received a great deal of attention on Twitter and hasn’t aged well in light of recent events.

Tucker Carlson’s job at Fox was unexpectedly terminated on Monday, less than a week after the corporation reached a settlement with Dominion Voting Systems to pay the firm $787.5 million to settle a slander case. The action had been brought against Fox by Dominion Voting Systems. Carlson and other Fox presenters have either directly claimed or strongly indicated that the company had a hand in manipulating the results of the presidential election in 2020.

A former executive producer of the show “Tucker Carlson Tonight” Tonight has initiated a separate legal action against the network, claiming that the company promotes an environment that is conducive to sexual harassment and sexism.

Last week, Carlson interviewed Musk, the new Twitter CEO who purchased the company in October. During the discussion, Carlson brought up the subject of the recent termination of thousands of employees at his company.

Tucker Carlson asked Musk what percentage of his staff did he terminate.

Musk answered by saying the remaining staff is about 20% of what it was prior.

Carlson was amazed that 80% of the company had been let go.

Musk explained that some of the staff left voluntarily.

That’s when Carlson said he went to dinner with a friend who was a CEO, and he remarked that he admired Elon Musk. Carlson asked him if it was free speech stuff that he admired. His friend quipped, “No, it’s firing staff stuff!

Carlson laughed heartily at his own joke.

In the wake of his firing, many ask, “Who is laughing now?”
